Your Opportunity: AdGraphics, a division of Taylor Corporation, is seeking a Sales Account Manager to join their team! In this role, you will be responsible for revenue and profit growth through the opening and penetration of new accounts and the expansion and retention of existing accounts.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain relationship to increase sales within accounts
Has specific accounts to manage and grow
Plan sales programs and overcome objections
Identify influences for customer buying behavior and assist in negotiations
Identify new accounts or prospects where possible.
Deals are typically more consultative customer solutions with a mid to long length sales cycle
Ensure that organizational goods or services consistently meet client needs
May be responsible for providing sales quotations as well as sustaining and renewing client contracts
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals; a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
May require travel

You Must Have:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related discipline OR 3+ years' equivalent experience working in sales, account management or customer service
Proven experience and a successful record of client relationship management
Knowledge of process improvement and methodology-driven organizational development
Experience utilizing Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues
The ability to listen and influencing buying decisions
Experience collaborating across multi-disciplinary internal teams
